GMS Support

The User Support section is available to anyone who is experiencing technical difficulties, or may have any questions related to the eCivis Portal and the Grants Management System.

The Grants Management Office does NOT make grant awards and is unable to respond to requests for funding or financial assistance.

If you are experiencing difficulties or have a general question and would like to contact the GMS help desk, click here

IMPORTANT: If you are having difficulty running eCivis GMS on Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, please relaunch GMS in a Chrome or Firefox browser and clear all cookies and cache data from the browser to see if the problem persists.
