Virtual Payment Program The State of Rhode Island now offers a Virtual Payment Program through JP Morgan Chase Bank. Under this voluntary program, vendors may enroll to receive all payments from the State of Rhode Island using an electronic virtual credit card number. One benefit for vendors is that the state will reduce their payment cycle from Net30 days to Net15 days for all invoices after enrollment is completed.
