Directions
From the North:
Take I-95 South to Providence. Take exit 38 (Charles Street) in Providence. Take a right off exit, follow 246 to Orms Street. Take a right onto Orms Street, then left on State Street. The first right brings you to parking lots behind the building. Entrances to the building are on the north and east sides. Metered parking is available on both Park and State Streets on the west and east sides of the Department of Administration Building.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to Providence. Take exit 38 A-B (State House offices). Proceed straight through the light at the end of the ramp to State Street. Take a right to the parking lots behind the buildings. Metered parking is available on both Park and State Streets on the west and east sides of the Department of Administration Building (large building made of pink granite). Entrances are on the North & East sides of the building.
From the East:
Take I-195 West to Providence. Get on I-95 North. Follow the directions for "From the South" above.
From the West:
From Route 146 South: take the Admiral Street/River Avenue exit in Providence. Take a left off the exit onto Charles Street and then follow the directions "From the North" above.
From Route 6 East to Providence, stay in left two lanes (to I-95N), then follow "From the South" above.
