Central Payroll The Central Payroll Office is responsible for processing the state payroll and for the administration of payroll taxes. Central Payroll also serves as a liaison between the state and TIAA, Voya, Fidelity and ERSRI. Working closely with the Division of Human Resources and the Office of Employee Benefits, we are responsible for producing accurate and timely employee paychecks. How do I sign up for PayStub RI? As a new employee, an account on PayStub.RI will be automatically set up for you. Once you have received your first directly deposited check, your account will be activated.
