Central Payroll The Central Payroll Office is responsible for processing the state payroll and for the administration of payroll taxes. Central Payroll also serves as a liaison between the state and TIAA, Voya, Fidelity and ERSRI. Working closely with the Division of Human Resources and the Office of Employee Benefits, we are responsible for producing accurate and timely employee paychecks. Please note: the duplicate W-2 will only be sent to your address of record in the Central Payroll Office or to your Agency Human Resources Representative. Please be sure your address is up to date. How do I sign up for PayStub RI? As a new employee, an account on PayStub.RI will be automatically set up for you. Once you have received your first directly deposited check, your account will be activated.
