Central Accounts Payable

The Central Accounts Payable division is responsible for entering, processing and auditing vendor invoices for all Executive Branch agencies, and for processing and auditing payment transactions for all state agencies.  Central Accounts Payable also serves as a liaison between state agencies and vendors to facilitate and resolve problems to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness.
