The federal Office of Management and Budget published Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards in the December 26, 2013, Federal Register. The new guidance streamlines the requirements from eight existing circulars into one Uniform Grant Guidance document.
