ARRA Certifications & Approvals
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), required the Governor to review and certify infrastructure improvement projects and maintenance of effort requirements for covered programs. The Governor also had to provide assurances regarding the state's investments in covered programs.
